Into my 20’s, I had more responsibility for the add on replacement (A.O.R.) market as project manager and installer. I became well rounded with now knowing both the installation side and service side of the residential field.
As I grew up, I took over the responsibility to learn the service end of the field. By the time I was 16, I was able to service most makes and models for the residential line of heating equipment.
Growing up as the only son of a small HVAC contractor, I was introduced into the field at a very young age. My upbringing into the industry was mainly new construction because that is what my father’s main work load consisted of.
When I started up Priority Heating and Cooling, I decided that customer communication and availability is going to be the number one target to growing a successful business. And with this ethic in mind, Priority Heating and Cooling will be able to give you, the consumer, a quality installation at an affordable cost and be available to service or maintain your heating and cooling equipment for years to come.
When I was 26, I left my father’s wing and accepted a position from another HVAC company working mainly as a service technician. At this new location, I gained knowledge in numerous other areas. I was exposed to more types of equipment, which in turn familiarized me with different types of equipment and how they work. I also saw how a bigger company operates and manages the different aspects to being a successful heating and cooling company. One thing that I took with me when I parted ways from this company is how important customer appreciation and communication can be.
